The IDEA Portfolio will focus on gender equity in recruitment, training, mentoring, and dissemination activities. GETCO2 will embed IDEA KPIs into areas such as the composition of recruitment panels and selection pools, participants in key research programs and committees, uptake in training activities, mentoring programs, and outreach activities to the broader community.
