Capacity building is critical to build the future workforce.

This Portfolio will oversee mentoring and career development, with IDEA principles at the fore. All activities will align with inclusive principles and positive actions to promote women and under-represented to undertake careers in STEM, and to prevent attrition in these fields. This Portfolio will also oversee community outreach and engagement initiatives to promote the Centre’s discoveries and build social licence.
